Integra Testing Services is a leading provider of HVAC (TAB) certified testing/adjusting/balancing. Integra has quickly become one of the largest TAB firms in the country and also offers an array of complementary testing services such as air exchange and pressure testing for joint commissioning accreditation, 797/800 pharmacy certification, cleanroom certification, fume hood certification, duct leakage testing, air barrier testing, commissioning, and other critical testing services for the built environment. Integra was formed in 2021 through the merger of Neudorfer Engineers and Fulton & Associates and is headquartered in Mentor, OH.

Neudorfer Engineers, Inc. provides quality services for every manner of building project, whether new shell & core or tenant improvement, in both the private and public arenas. Neudorfer provides testing and balancing services, building systems commissioning, duct air leakage testing, and cleanroom certification services out of its headquarters in Seattle, WA. Neudorfer was founded in 1970 and has a team of over 75 employees.

Fulton & Associates Balance Company provides testing and balancing service for commercial HVAC systems to maximize energy efficiency and comfort in facilities such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, educational, industrial, research, manufacturing, and food service industries. Fulton was founded in 1996 in Cleveland, OH and has a team of over 35 employees.

International Test & Balance (ITB) provides independent, professional Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) services to some of the nation’s largest corporations across multiple industries. Founded in 1978, ITB has over 45 employees based out of its two office locations: Chicago, IL (HQ) and Detroit, MI.

Seneca Balance of Maryland, Inc. (“Seneca”) is a full-service HVAC testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) contractor servicing the Mid-Atlantic region. Seneca has approximately 20 employees and is headquartered in the Baltimore, Maryland area.

RSAnalysis is an AABC certified environmental test and balance company providing comprehensive services for a diverse range of facilities, including hospitals, schools, laboratories, and commercial buildings. Founded in 1997, RSAnalysis is headquartered near Sacramento, CA, and has over fifty employees.

RSACx is an independent building commissioning firm and founding member of the AABC Commissioning Group (ACG) headquartered near Sacramento, CA. Whether it is certifying a state-of-the-art laboratory, high-tech research facility, or small remodel in an office building, it’s team’s goal is to deliver a commissioned facility that will meet the owner’s operational needs for many years to come.

Dominic Mazzolini
Chief Executive Officer
Dominic joined Fulton & Associates (an Integra predecessor company) just one year after its inception in 1996. At the time, he was 27 years old and was charged with leading the sales efforts for the organization. He quickly became a partner in 2004 and took complete control of the organization in 2015. Dominic’s attention to project detail allows our clients to be confident that all projects will be handled properly. His passion for excellent service along with hiring and providing the proper training of qualified technicians over his 25-year tenure, allowed Fulton & Associates to grow exponentially over the years. Under Dominic’s leadership, Fulton & Associates has won numerous industry awards and in 2020 and 2021 was voted on as part of the Lake-Geauga Fast Track 50 award for growth and top places to work. In 2021, Mr. Mazzolini played an integral role in the establishment of Integra Testing Services and currently serves as its Chief Executive Officer.

Travis Nichols
Chief Financial Officer
Travis joined Integra in November of 2021 and is responsible for Accounting, Finance, Human Resources and Information Technology. Prior to joining Integra, Travis spent 24 years as the Chief Financial Officer of Rocore Holdings and later Kelvion North America, both manufacturers of engineered industrial heat exchangers. Travis holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ball State University and was a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Indiana.

Tamara Tarazi
Chief Integration Officer
Tamara currently serves as Integra’s Chief Integration Officer and is primarily responsible for ensuring that all systems, technologies, processes and people within the enterprise are well coordinated and working in sync. Previously she was Chief Financial and Legal Officer of ITB (an Integra predecessor company) and was responsible for the company’s finances, and legal matters. Prior to joining ITB in 2020, she spent a decade at Ernst & Young, LLP where she served as a tax advisor/senior account manager for large tax exempt customers. Tamara holds a Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Chicago-Kent College of Law and her B.S. in Business from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She has been a member of the Illinois Bar since 2010.

Joseph Engel
National Vice President, Sales/Marketing
Joseph joined Integra in September of 2022 bringing with him over 20 years of experience in the HVAC mechanical contracting industry working for local mechanicals and multiple global OEM’s. Joseph brings experience in mergers & acquisitions, national organization transformation, market development, KPI management, people management, P&L management, sales, operations, estimating/quoting, project management, performance contracting and culture building. He has a passion for helping develop and managing large professional organizations within the HVAC industry that offer unique solutions to their end users for an exceptional customer experience.
