Integra Testing Services, LLC (“Integra”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Richard Flanders Enterprises, Inc. (“Flanders”). Flanders, based in the Orlando, FL area, has provided testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB), HVAC building systems commissioning, and sound and vibration testing services to the greater Florida area since 1981.
The addition of Flanders marks the creation of a new division for Integra which will be operating as Integra Testing Services – Florida (Integra Florida). Integra Florida adds 20 employees and one office location to Integra’s existing footprint of 255 employees and sixteen office locations across the United States, Singapore and Guam. Flanders’ owner, Harlan Rosenberg, will join Integra Florida as General Manager and will continue to operate the business with the support of resources across the Integra platform.
