Adam Gloss
Adam’s career has spanned from small business to Fortune 50 companies, successfully building durable, scalable businesses. Spending the past 20 years in the rotating equipment and controls industries, Adam has worked across the spectrum of Service and Facilities, Contracting, Manufacturing, and Sales and Distribution.
A servant-leader, Adam is focused on delivering exceptional results, but knows that starts with the people closest to the work. He never loses track of the values, and relationships, that make this all worthwhile and that are required for sustained success. Adam has been recognized as a “Stand-Out 50 Service Leader” and “Service Visionaries 100” for his leadership. He also serves on industry advisory boards for Service Council and Field Service Next.
When not working, Adam is usually outdoors, and is an avid hiker, snowshoer and skier. Adam also enjoys reading and music, plays ukulele, loves to cook and to travel, and enjoys spending time with his family. Adam is active in the community, and volunteers with youth education organizations including Washington Alliance for Better Schools and Washington State Opportunity Scholarship.
