Northwest Mutual Tower

Project Overview

ITB was awarded the original infrastructure air and Hydronic TAB contract for the complete revitalization of the 32-story skyscraper located in downtown Milwaukee, WI. Our services offerings were Air TAB & Hydronic TAB and Domestic water TAB.
The development plans include extensive interior and exterior renovations to the 540,000-square-foot building to mirror the iconic and award-winning architecture of the Tower and Commons, new connecting structures, and a pedestrian plaza on Cass Street.
