This is a brand new fully equipped Veterans Medical center complex. Consisting of a 5-story clinic building with doctors’ offices, dental offices, and all other facets of medical disciplines available for veterans. The hospital side is also a 5-story fully equipped hospital with 14 operating rooms and every possible medical testing equipment available today. The entire HVAC system consisted of 48 Air handling units, 1,800 VAV and CAV boxes along with over 8,000 diffusers. The project also had its own chiller plant on site to service all the future expansion planned. Project had a cost of over $1 billion dollars
