Project Overview

The Rainier Square project is located between Fourth and Fifth Avenues and between University and Union Streets. The primary use of the 59-story tower will be office space with residential space above and retail below. The approximate building height above grade is 850 feet, with 7 levels of below-grade parking.

LEED enhanced commissioning of new 58-story tower:
⦁ 20 levels of luxury apartments (189 units)
⦁ 37 levels of shell & core offices
⦁ 3 levels of retail shell & core and support spaces
⦁ 6 levels of underground parking for 1000 cars, and support spaces
