Prior to joining Integra in 2024, Eileen was co-owner and CEO of Mechanical Testing, Inc. (an Integra predecessor company) where she more than doubled company sales during her 16-year tenure.  Eileen is a graduate from the State University of New York at Albany with a degree in business. Before MTI, she spent time in marketing and sales at The Boston Beer Company, Diageo and DeCrescente Distributing. She is a current member and past President of the National Association of Women in Construction Chapter 261, serves on the Board of Ethics for the City of Saratoga and is a member of several local & national construction trade organizations.
