Eric Grundmeier began his career with RSAnalysis (RSA) in 2012 as a first-year apprentice and has since become a recognized leader in the Test & Balance and commissioning industry. Earning certifications as a Test & Balance Engineer (TBE) and Commissioning Authority (CxA), Eric’s expertise has driven innovations like digital TAB reporting and expanded RSA’s operations across the West Coast.

As an active member of the Associated Air Balance Council (AABC), Eric is dedicated to upholding the highest industry standards. He also contributes to the Critical Environment Certification Council (CECC), serving on their OR Standard Committee to help shape best practices for critical environments.

Now General Manager of RSA, an Integra Testing Services company, Eric continues to guide growth and innovation while fostering excellence within the field.
