Integra Testing Services, LLC (“Integra”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of International Test & Balance, Inc. (“ITB”). ITB is the leading testing, adjusting and balancing firm in the Chicago market with an additional office in Detroit, MI.
The acquisition of ITB further expands Integra’s presence across the U.S. as well as provides enhanced capabilities to both Integra and ITB’s customers. With the addition of ITB, Integra has 6 offices across the U.S. and over 150 employees. The management team of ITB – Christopher Yacu (CEO), Tamara Tarazi (CFO) and Eddie Tarazi (Senior VP) – will continue to operate the business and will collaborate with other Integra locations across the U.S. Gary Tarazi, previous Chairman of ITB, will join Integra’s board of directors post-closing.
