Justin currently serves as Integra’s National Vice President of TAB & Commissioning (Cx), overseeing the company’s testing, adjusting, balancing, and commissioning operations. He is responsible for driving operational excellence, consistency, and strong customer outcomes across Integra, while developing and mentoring operational leaders throughout the organization.

Justin began his career with Integra in 2018 as a Sales & Estimating Associate with Fulton & Associates (an Integra predecessor company). Following Fulton’s integration into Integra in 2021, he served as General Manager and was later promoted to Regional General Manager – East in 2025.

Justin holds a bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University and brings a hands-on, customer-focused leadership approach to his role.
