Justin joined Fulton & Associates, an Integra Company in 2018 as Operations Manager after earning his bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University.  

Justin fully immersed himself in the role, diligently learning all aspects of the industry and business.  His passion and commitment to customer service have been the backbone of Fulton’s continued success.  Justin accepted the position of General Manager in 2021 when Fulton joined Integra.  Justin now leads Integra’s Ohio and Michigan divisions and provides significant mentorship and guidance to general and operational managers new to Integra.
