Martin joined Integra in September 2023, bringing with him 27 years of experience in the TAB industry. Martin started his career with JF Coffey & Associates (an Integra predecessor company) as an apprentice with SMW Local #17 in Boston. Upon completing his apprenticeship and successfully running field work, he transitioned into the office as a project manager overseeing all operations from estimating to final billing. In 2003, Martin became sole owner of JF Coffey, and within the first three years of his ownership, doubled the size of the organization by growing relationships with local contractors and owners. Customer service is Martin’s top priority. He always finds a way to properly support all customer requests regardless of his staff’s capacity or the amount of notice given. Martin maintains Air & Hydronic certifications with NEBB & TABB.
