Mike has 40 years of experience in the HVAC industry specializing in controls and is a Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA). Mike has held positions from technician to president, and he has been involved in all facets of the HVAC industry including: engineering and design, developing sequence of operations, estimating, budgeting, operations, project management, service/installation, programming and graphics, system integration, energy audits, monitoring & verification, utility rebate programs and commissioning. His knowledge of the design and construction process allows him to develop, review, test and document all aspects of the commissioning process successfully. In addition to his technical foundation, he possesses excellent communication and people skills to efficiently manage all aspects of the commissioning process Mike started with Neudorfer Engineers, an Integra Company in 1993 and has managed the Portland, OR branch office since 1996. While he and his staff provide services mostly in Oregon and Southern Washington, they also work throughout the Northwest and overseas. Managing both large and small-scale projects.
