Stephanie Gruhn joined Integra in June 2024. Stephanie serves as the point person for information flow between Integra’s executive department heads and its West Coast divisional units (Hawaii, California, Seattle and Portland). As Regional General Manager, Stephanie is primarily responsible for coordinating activities between general and operational managers of the region to drive strategic initiatives related to operational efficiency, market share, talent acquisition, innovative technologies, new market segment opportunities, and business development.
Stephanie brings 21 years of experience in the Testing, Inspection and Certification industry through her time at Intertek. Her expertise lies in sales and operations, developing top talent, launching new services and creating opportunities for new employment and retention of current staff. Stephanie’s most recent accomplishment is the recruitment and retention of top engineering talent while opening a new testing facility from the ground up. She is an accomplished leader with a unique, authentic style and holds the value of people at the core of all her endeavors.
